If you have a warranty claim, damaged item, missing piece or any other request related to a problem with your order, we ask that you fill out the form below. Whether you purchased your items online or in store at one of our locations, all new items are backed by a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Please complete the form linked below. Here is what we need in order to process your submission:
- One overall picture of the item
- Two pictures of the problem area(s)
- One picture of the serial number tag on the item
The clearer the pictures the more quickly we can assess and follow up. Be patient for the pictures to upload to the form. When then pictures finish uploading, you will be able to click the ‘Submit’ button. Once you submit the form linked below, an email with your claim information will be sent to our claims team. They operate Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and will strive to send an email acknowledgement to the email you provide within 1 business day with more details regarding the processing of your claim.
