If you have a warranty claim, damaged item, missing piece or any other request related to a problem with your order, we ask that you fill out the form below. Whether you purchased your items online or in store at one of our locations, all new items are backed by a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Please complete the form linked below. Here is what we need in order to process your submission:
- One overall picture of the item
- Two pictures of the problem area(s)
- One picture of the serial number tag on the item
The clearer the pictures the more quickly we can assess and follow up. Once you complete the form linked below, you should receive an automated email acknowledgment with a claim number. If you do not receive that email within 10-15 minutes after submitting your claim, please check your junk folder and then reach out to us if needed.
Our claims team operates Mon-Fri 9am-5pm and makes every effort to respond to claims within 24-48 hours.
